Send the speed count and the wheel size, and we reply within one business day.
This is the inquiry form for the whole bicycle parts catalog. Tell us the bike and what's worn. We check fit, then send back each part with the check beside it and an indicative price we hold for seven days. No payment is taken here.
Your bike's details
Name, plus a phone or an email so we can reply. Everything else helps. The spec box is where the five readings go: speed count, freehub, brake mount, axle, ISO size and valve.
What happens to your inquiry, and when
- Same moment. The form confirms it's stored. If it doesn't, nothing reached us; try again or email instead.
- Within one business day. Someone at the desk reads it against the five checks. If a reading is missing and the part depends on it, the first reply is a question, not a quote.
- The reply. Each part on its own line with the check run, an indicative price in dollars and the date the price holds until.
- Your call. Confirm by replying to that email or by phone. Change your mind and you don't need to do anything; the hold lapses after seven days.
The one we see most is a bare part name. "Need a 20 inch tyre" can mean ISO 406 or 451, wire or folding bead, 1.75 or 2.125 wide. We'll ask, and a day goes by. Read the sidewall and it's settled in the first reply.
The second is hydraulic brakes without the fluid named. We don't quote hydraulic parts blind. Mineral oil in a DOT system ruins the seals in an afternoon. The cap on your lever says which one it takes.
Third: chains with no length figure. Send chainstay, largest ring and largest cog, or use the chain calculator and send the link count. We still check it before anything ships.
Quick question rather than a full inquiry? The chat button at the bottom of the page reaches the same desk during working days.
Before you write
Is the price on the catalogue page what I'll pay?
No. Catalogue prices are indicative starting points, like chains from $24 or disc pad sets from $18. The figure in our reply is specific to your part and held for seven days. The terms spell this out.
Do you sell whole bikes or do repairs?
Neither. We source parts, consumables and compatible components. Fitting is done by you or your local mechanic. We'll gladly tell you which tools a job needs.
Can I call instead of filling in the form?
Yes, on +1 (565) 555-2353, Monday to Friday. Have the bike in front of you. We'll likely ask you to count cogs or read a sidewall while we're on the line.
What do you do with my details?
We store the inquiry to reply to it and keep it for 24 months. The privacy notice covers the rest, and you can ask for a copy or deletion through the data request page.
